HEART HEALTHY SLAW 
This recipe is a starter. You can change it but be careful with the vinegar, it overpowers the slaw easily.

6 cups cabbage, diced small
3 tbsp. Vegenaise (grapeseed oil mayonnaise - carried in most health food stores)
1/4 tsp. apple cider vinegar
1/2 tsp minced onion
1/4 cup finely diced carrot
raw "natural" sugar, to taste

Note: I add the carrot mostly for color. Add sugar, to taste.

Stir all ingredients together in large bowl, chill and stir before serving.
