VEGETABLE SALAD 
1 can French green beans, drained
1 can white or yellow kernel corn, drained
1 can LeSueur peas, drained
1 sm. jar pimento, drained & chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
2 celery stalks, chopped
1/2 bunch spring green onions, chopped
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. oil
3/4 c. vinegar
1 tbsp. water
1/8 tsp. black pepper

Mix all vegetables together. Set aside. Combine sugar, oil, vinegar, water and pepper in saucepan. Bring to boil. Let cool. Pour marinade over vegetables and let set at least 4 hours or overnight. This will keep up to 2 weeks.
