JALAPENO CORN BREAD 
1 1/2 c. corn bread mix
1/3 c. oil
1 tsp. sugar
1 lg. onion, chopped
1/4 c. pickled jalapeno peppers, minced
1 1/4 c. milk
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. yellow or white cream style corn
3/4 c. cheese, grated

Combine all ingredients. Pour into greased baking pan 11 x 7 x 1 1/2 inches. Bake at 375 degrees for about 30 minutes.
