CHICKEN & RICE | |
1 can cream of celery soup 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 can golden mushroom soup 1 can beef consomme 1/2 c. milk 8-10 uncooked chicken pieces (breasts & legs) 1 c. long grain rice Mix first 5 ingredients together. Stir in rice, mix well. Place in 9 x 13 inch pan. Arrange uncooked chicken on top and cook at 350 degrees for 1 1/4 hours to 1 1/2 hours. Test chicken with fork. Serves 6-8 people. |
