CHICKEN STROGANOFF WITH A TWIST 
1/4 c. butter
1 clove garlic, minced
2 lbs. chicken
1/3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (3 3/4 oz.) can chicken broth
1 tbsp. onion, minced
2 c. mushrooms, sliced
1 c. sour cream
1/2 (6 oz. pkg.) Golden Grain Twistee noodles

Saute garlic in butter. Dredge chicken in flour, salt, and pepper. Brown in butter. Add broth, onions, mushrooms; simmer covered 30 minutes. Remove chicken from pan. Cool sauce slightly, stir in sour cream. Cook noodles as directed. Top with chicken and sauce. Serves 4.
