CHICKEN AND DRESSING 
1 pan cornbread (9 x 13 inch)
2 eggs
8 slices bread
Broth from hen
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. sage
1/2 c. chopped onion

Crumble cooked cornbread into bowl. Add eggs, bread, salt, pepper and sage. Brown onion in small amount of oil. Stir into cornbread mixture.

Boil hen until tender, cool and debone. Add broth from hen to cornbread mixture. Alternately layer hen and cornbread mixture in baking pan. Brown 30 minutes in 375 degree oven.
