CHICKEN DRESSING 
1 lg. onion
2 cans cream of chicken soup
5 eggs
A fryer baked with self rising corn meal
1 hen boiled until tender
Black pepper

Boil chicken until tender and pour broth over bread crumbs. Add diced onion eggs and 2 cans of cream of chicken soup mixed with a little water to help dissolve before putting in dressing.

Cut chicken up into small pieces and add and mix. Make sure dressing is soupy. Cook at 450 degrees until brown.
