MACHO NACHOS 
2 c. frozen Ore-Ida cottage fries
Jalapeno peppers, thin slices
1/2 c. Jalapeno bean dip
3/4 c. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded

Prepare fries per package directions. Top each fry with 1/4 teaspoon bean dip and sprinkle with cheese. Garnish each with a slice of pepper. Broil 1 to 2 minutes or until cheese melts. Serve immediately. Yields approximately 45 appetizers.
