JALAPENO POTATOES 
6 med. potatoes
1 med. bell pepper, slivered
1 med. onion, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 stick butter
1 tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
1 roll garlic cheese (Kraft)
1 roll jalapeno cheese (Kraft)

Boil potatoes in salted water until tender. When cooled, sliced and layer in buttered baking dish. Add salt, pepper, onions, and bell pepper. Melt butter in saucepan; add flour and stir until well blended. Gradually add milk, stirring constantly. Add cheeses, which have been cubed and cook until melted. Pour over potatoes and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Serves 6- 8.
