MANDARIN ORANGE CAKE 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix (the pudding in cake mix)
1/2 c. oil
4 eggs
1 (11 oz.) mandarin oranges & juice
1/2 c. nuts (optional)

FROSTING:

20 oz. can pineapple & juice
1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding mix
Fold in 1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip
Sprinkle coconut on top if desired

Mix together and bake ingredients in greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for about 20-25 minutes or when toothpick comes out clean.
