1 egg
1 box Duncan Hines yellow cake mix (with pudding in mix)
1 stick butter
1 c. nuts or 2 c. pecans

1 box confectioners' sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 eggs

Mix first 4 ingredients together and pat into greased and floured 9x13 inch pan; set aside.

Mix confectioners' sugar, cream cheese and 2 eggs together and pour over first mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-50 minutes. Let cool at least one hour and cut into squares.
