CREOLE RICE 
1 lb. link sausage
1 sm. onion
1 can tomato sauce

Brown sausage and onion in 2 to 3 tablespoons oil. Add Creole seasoning to taste. Add flour to thicken. Add tomato sauce and 1 can water. Add 2 cups cooked rice. (May need a little more water.) Simmer for 15 to 30 minutes.
