CREOLE BOILED RICE 
3 qts. water
2 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. salt
2 c. uncooked rice

Heat water, butter and salt to boiling in a sauce pan. Stir in rice and heat to boiling. Boil rice 15 minutes or until tender. Drain rice in large strainer. Put into large bowl, cover bowl with foil.
