CREOLE MEAT SAUCE WITH RICE 
1 lb. hamburger
3 tbsp. olive oil
3 tbsp. green pepper, chopped
3 tbsp. onion, chopped
1/3 c. flour
1 tsp. chili powder
2 tsp. Cajun seasoning
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. tomatoes
2 c. water
3 c. white rice

Brown meat in olive oil (crumbled). Take meat out of frying pan and set aside. Brown onion in the oil and then add flour. Blend. Add tomatoes, then water to make a sauce. Add green pepper, seasonings and meat. Cook about 10 minutes. Serve over hot white rice.
