TATLYN DANVERS' DOLL AND BATH

1/2 lb. split peas
3 c. water
2 cloves garlic
1 sm. onion, minced
1 tsp. curry
1 bay leaf
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
Dash of thyme
2 tbsp. olive oil

Cook split peas until soft along with onion. After peas are soft, add all seasonings except garlic. Brown garlic in oil and pour in peas sauce; let simmer for 15 minutes. Pour over cooked rice and serve.
