CHOCOLATE MINT BAKED CUSTARD 
1 1/2 c. milk, divided
2/3 of 10 oz. pkg. Nestle Toll House mint chocolate morsels
1 c. sweetened condensed milk
2 eggs

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In small saucepan, combine 1/2 cup milk and Nestle Toll House mint chocolate morsels. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until morsels are melted and mixture is smooth. Set aside.

In large bowl, combine remaining 1 cup milk, sweetened condensed milk and eggs; beat until well blended. Add chocolate mixture; beat well. Pour into 1-quart casserole.

Fill 13x9 inch baking pan with 4 cups water. Place casserole in baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-55 minutes. Serve warm or cooled completely. Makes 1 quart.
