BREAKFAST PIZZA 
1 lb. browned sausage, drained
1 1/2 c. hash brown potatoes
1 can crescent rolls
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
5 beaten eggs
1 jar homestyle bacon pieces (or 1 lb. bacon, fried, crumbled)
Salt & pepper to taste

Arrange rolls on ungreased pizza pan. Connect empty spaces. Layer sausage, potatoes, bacon pieces and cheese on top of dough. Beat eggs and season with salt and pepper. Pour this mixture over other layer. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Serves 8 to 10. Parmesan cheese can be sprinkled on top before baking if desired.
