1 milk chocolate cake mix

FILLING:

1/2 c. sugar
1 lb. coconut
1 c. milk
23 lg. marshmallows

FROSTING:

2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. milk
3 tbsp. Karo syrup

Mix cake mix as directed. Bake in sheet pan. Cool. Boil milk and sugar 1 minute and add marshmallows and coconut. Spread filling on top of cake. For frosting, boil sugar, cocoa, butter and milk 2 minutes. Let cool and spread over filling.
