CINNAMON PULL APARTS 
2 c. milk
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 c. melted shortening
2 yeast cakes dissolved in 1/4 c. warm water
3 tsp. salt
6-7 c. flour
Melted butter

CRUMB MIXTURE:

1 1/2 c. white sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. finely chopped nuts

Scald milk. Mix together sugar, beaten eggs, melted shortening and salt. Add milk and let cool to lukewarm. Add yeast which has been dissolved in the warm water. Then add flour, a little at a time, until the dough is a consistency to clean bowl. Put dough on a lightly floured board and knead.

Place in greased bowl and let rise, 1-2 hours, until double in size. Again place on board and knead until bubbles are out. Cut dough into 1 inch balls. Roll balls in melted butter and then in crumb mixture. Put balls in angel food cake pan in 2 layers. Let rise for 30 minutes and bake for 35-40 minutes.
