10 to 15 med. boiled potatoes with jackets
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
Diced med. onion
8 to 10 slices bacon, cooked
1 jar HELLMANN'S mayonnaise

Do not grease pan. Chunk potatoes and cheese. Add onion. Salt and pepper to taste. Mix in crumbled bacon. Top with jar of HELLMANN'S mayonnaise. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Can fix the night before and store in refrigerator.
