SPINACH CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
2 boxes frozen chopped spinach
8 oz. mushrooms (stems & pieces)
8 oz. sliced Mozzarella cheese
8 oz. sour cream
1 can cream of celery soup
1 med. onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, pressed
1 tsp. oregano

Brown ground beef; add onion, garlic, mushrooms, oregano and salt and pepper to taste. Add thawed, drained spinach to meat. Blend in sour cream and celery soup. Spoon mixture into ungreased 13"x9" Pyrex baking dish. Cover top with cheese slices and bake approximately 30 to 35 minutes at 350 degrees.
