COTTAGE POTATOES 
8 to 10 sm. potatoes, boil in jackets & dice
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 pimento or sm. jar
1/2 lb. American cheese, grated
1 slice cubed white bread
1/2 c. melted butter
Chopped parsley
Salt & pepper

Put all ingredients in 9 x 13 inch casserole and mix lightly, then fill with milk 1/4 from bottom. Sprinkle corn flake crumbs over top and bake 45 minutes at 325 degrees.
