2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 tbsp. vanilla
Vanilla wafers
Pie filling
Cupcake papers

Mix together cream cheese, sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Put vanilla wafers in bottom of cup cake papers in cupcake tins. Fill halfway with cheese mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool. Top with teaspoon of pie filling and refrigerate.
