MEXICAN PIZZA 
Spread thin layer of Enchilada sauce or tomato sauce on top of 3 flour tortillas. Top each tortilla with any combination of shredded cheese. Stack tortillas and garnish top layer with choice of chopped onions, sliced black olives, green peppers, or jalapenos. Bake on lightly greased baking sheet until cheese bubbles. Approximately 5 minutes. Add salsa to taste. For a more deluxe pizza, add cooked pepperoni, sausage or hamburger meat.
