CHILI CON CARNE 
2 lbs. hamburger
4-5 pieces celery
Salt and pepper
1 lg. can tomatoes
2 cans red kidney beans

In frying pan, brown hamburger and onion. Skim off any fat and add tomato and celery which has been cut into 1/2 inch pieces. Bring to full boil and then lower heat. Simmer until the celery is soft, about an hour. Add the kidney beans and let the mixture cook for another 10 minutes. Serve with crackers. (Not a spicy chili for those who can't eat spicy foods.)
