BARBEQUED SPARERIBS 
6 to 8 lbs. lean country style spareribs
1 c. maple syrup
1 c. catsup (ketchup)
1/4 c. vinegar
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
4 tsp. onion salt
2 tsp. chili powder
2 tsp. dry mustard

Put spareribs, covered in 375 degree oven for 45 minutes, drain off fat. Cook for another 45 minutes then pour above sauce over and cook 15 minutes more.
