DOUBLE CRUST PIE CRUST 
2/3 c. liquid Crisco
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. water
2 1/4 c. sifted flour

Sift together first 3 ingredients with fork. Add flour. Stir and knead with fork. Divide in half. Roll out between wax paper. Double ingredients for 2 pies and divide in fourths.
