CHICKEN DIVAN 
2-3 chicken breasts, cooked and cut up
1 c. celery, finely cut
1/2 c. onion, finely diced
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can water chestnuts, sliced
1 can French fried onions (crumble these and put them on top last few minutes of cooking)

Put all together and cook at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour, uncovered. (This may be prepared ahead of time and kept in refrigerator, or it can even be frozen, in spite of using mayonnaise.) Serves 5-6 generously.
