ORANGE HONEY BREAD 
2/3 c. orange juice
1/4 c. grated orange peel
3 tbsp. salad oil
1 c. honey
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 c. chopped nuts
2 1/4 c. sifted flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt

Mix orange juice, peel, salad oil, honey, egg and nuts; stir well. Sift flour, soda, baking powder and salt together. Add to orange mixture and mix thoroughly. Pour into either 1 greased loaf pan or 3 small pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 55-65 minutes for 1 loaf or 30-35 minutes for 3 small loaves. Remove from pan and cool on rack. Flavor and cutting improves if allowed to age a day.
