CARROT CASSEROLE 
2 c. boiled carrots
3 eggs
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 tbsp. baking powder
1/2 c. (1 stick) butter
1/2 c. sugar

Put everything in blender. Mix until ready (liquefied). Pour into greased casserole. Put in oven at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until center is set, hardened.
