LASAGNA ROLL-UPS 
1 jar Prego spaghetti sauce
12-16 lasagna noodles
1 (16 oz.) lowfat cottage cheese
1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, defrosted and drained of liquid
1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese for topping

Cook noodles according to package, drain. While still warm, use noodles for roll-ups. Blend together 1 cup Mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, cottage cheese and drained spinach. Spread equally on lasagna strips. Roll up each strip.

Pour half of the sauce on bottom of lasagna pan. Arrange lasagna roll-ups seam side down in pan. Top with remaining sauce, then the 1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or microwave on high for 20 minutes covered.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
