CASHEW CRUNCH CANDY | |
1/2 lb. butter 1/2 lb. sugar = 1 c. plus 2 tbsp. 1/2 lb. raw cashew nuts = 1 3/4 c. Cook approximately 12 minutes, until creamy and golden brown, stirring constantly. Spread out on cookie sheet as thin as possible. Break in pieces. Is delicious dipped in milk chocolate. |
