VEGGIE SANDWICH 
1 chopped tomato
2-3 stalks celery
1 cucumber, peeled & chopped
1/4-1/2 bell pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped

Mix vegetables and place in colander with plate underneath to catch juice. Add 1/4 teaspoon seasoned salt to vegetables. Let stand for 5 minutes. Pour juice into saucepan. Add 1 tablespoon of catsup to juice and 1 packet of plain gelatin. Bring to a boil. Take off heat, add vegetables and approximately 1/2 to 1 cup Hellmann's mayonnaise. Mix well. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Before making sandwiches mix vegetables well and lightly mayonnaise bread slices. May be used as a dip.
