2 pkgs. unflavored gelatin (Knox)
1 cup boiling water
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 cup sugar
1 tbsp. lemon juice
3 env. Dream Whip, divided
1 large angel food cake
1 pkg. coconut flakes
1 jar cherries

Mix gelatin with 2 to 3 tablespoons cold water until smooth. Add boiling water and mix until dissolved. Put in pineapples, then add sugar and lemon juice; let stand until chilled. Add 1 envelope Dream Whip. Cut angel food cake in small pieces and pour gelatin mixture over it. Mix remaining 2 envelopes of Dream Whip and pour on top. Cover with coconut and cherries.
