WET BOTTOM SHOO - FLY PIE 
CRUMBS:

1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. brown sugar
1 heaping tbsp. Crisco

BOTTOM:

1 egg, beaten slightly
1 c. molasses
1 c. hot water
1 tsp. baking soda (dissolved in hot water)

Mix all bottom ingredients. Save 1 cup of crumbs to put on top of pie. Put rest of crumbs with bottom liquid and mix. Pour into 9 inch unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 1 hour.
