BROCCOLI BREAD 
1 box Jiffy Cornbread Mix
1 pkg. frozen, chopped broccoli; thawed and drained, but not cooked
1 yellow onion, chopped fine
6 oz. cottage cheese (8 oz. for more moist bread)
1/2 c. butter, melted
4 eggs, well beaten

Mix all ingredients together, adding cornbread mix last. Pour into greased 9x13 casserole dish. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve hot. Can be frozen and reheated.
