MIXED VEGETABLE SALAD 
1 (22 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
1 can sliced water chestnuts
1 c. chopped celery
4-5 chopped green onions
1 jar stuffed olives with pimentos, sliced
1 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
1/2 c. sour cream
1 tsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. prepared mustard
Salt and pepper to taste

Cook and drain vegetables according to directions. Add first 5 ingredients and mix. Blend mayonnaise and all remaining ingredients. Add to vegetable mixture and toss. Chill. Serve on lettuce. Serves 8.

For main dish, top with ham cubes, shrimp, cheese.
