2 pkgs. smoked beef (or corned beef)
1 pt. sour cream
1 pt. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. beau monde
1 tbsp. parsley
1 tbsp. chopped onion
Dash of garlic
1 loaf dark bread

Mix all ingredients. Serve in the hollowed out loaf of dark bread. Use inside of bread to scoop up dip.

Tip: Hollow out night before serving.
