1 pork leg Salt to taste Oregano 30 cloves garlic, minced 2 tbsp. soy sauce Wash pork leg in running water. Make sure meat is not frozen. Pat dry with paper towel. Carefully remove skin, making sure not to make holes and trim off fat. Make certain cuts along meat. Sprinkle with seasonings all over. Cover meat with skin again and add remaining seasonings. Put in large pan and put in 250 degree oven for about 2 hours covered with aluminum foil. Then uncover and turn oven to 350 degrees until turns brown and skin is crispy. |
