PICKLED MACARONI 
1 lb. spiral macaroni
2 onions, sliced
6 green peppers, sliced
1 lb. carrots, sliced
Cauliflower, broken up
1 jar green olives
1/2 lb. sliced pepperoni

DRESSING:

1/2 c. oil
1 tsp. onion salt
1 tsp. garlic powder
2 c. sugar
2 c. vinegar
1 tsp. black pepper
1 tbsp. prepared mustard

Cook macaroni. Add a little yellow food coloring to water. Drain and coat with a little oil. Mix with the raw vegetables, olives, and pepperoni. Bring dressing to a boil. Boil for 1 minute. Cool; pour over macaroni and vegetables. Refrigerate overnight. Any raw vegetables may be used to suit taste.
