IMPOSSIBLE CHOCOLATE CREAM PIE | |
2 eggs 1 c. milk 1/4 c. softened butter 2 (1 oz.) squares unsweetened chocolate, melted & cooled 1 c. sugar 1 tsp. vanilla 1/2 c. biscuit mix Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend on high for 1 minute. Pour into a greased 9" pie pan. Bake for 30 to 45 minutes until set. Cool before serving. Serves 6 to 8. |
