LAYER 1:

1 c. unsifted flour
1/2 c. butter, softened
1 c. finely chopped pecans

Mix all ingredients. Press into the bottom of a 9'x13" pan and bake for 10 minutes at 350 degrees.

LAYER 2:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 c. sugar
1 (12 oz.) container Cool Whip (use half on this layer & half on top)

Combine cream cheese and sugar and 1/2 of Cool Whip. Spread onto first layer.

LAYER 3:

1 lg. pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
1 lg. pkg. instant chocolate pudding mix
3 c. cold milk

Combine ingredients, spread onto second layer. Top with remaining Cool Whip. Add chocolate sprinkles or grate chocolate candy bar over the top if desired.
