OMA'S CABBAGE CASSEROLE 
8 c. sliced cabbage, steam 3 minutes
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt

Mix soup, mayonnaise, milk, and salt together. Melt 2 tablespoons butter and pour over 2 cups cornflakes. Shred 1/2 pound Cheddar cheese. Pour half of cornflakes on bottom of casserole dish. Layer cabbage, sauce, then cabbage again, sauce, cornflakes, then shredded cheese on top. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes.
