CHOCOLATE ICE-CREAM SAUCE 
1 c. sugar
2 1/2 tbsp. cocoa
3 tbsp. butter
3/4 c. undiluted canned milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Stir sugar and cocoa together until grainy over low heat. Add butter and milk. Turn up heat. Boil rapidly 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Take off heat and add 1 teaspoon vanilla.
