PLUM CRISP 
3-4 c. sliced plums
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/2 c. oatmeal
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
3/4 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. all purpose flour
4-5 tbsp. butter

Place plums in buttered 9" baking pan. Sprinkle with spices. Dot with butter. Combine flour, oatmeal, brown sugar and butter until coarse with pastry blender. Sprinkle this crumble over plums. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes until plums are tender and topping is lightly browned.
