BROCCOLI IN FOIL 
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli spears
Seasoned salt
3 tbsp. water
2 tbsp. butter
Pepper
Lemon slices

Tear off a 36x18 inch piece of heavy duty foil. Fold in half to make an 18-inch square. Fold up sides, using fist to form pouch. Place frozen broccoli in center of pouch. Sprinkle with seasoned salt and pepper. Add water; dot with butter. Fold edges of foil to seal securely, leaving space for expansion of steam. Grill over medium slow coals about 60 minutes; turn often. Garnish with lemons. Makes 6 servings.
