MARINADE 
1/2 c. olive oil
1/4 c. tequila
1/2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. ground cumin
1/4 c. grapefruit juice
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper sauce

Combine all ingredients and marinate overnight. This is enough for 1 pound shrimp or cut beef (1 pound) for fajitas.
