PEG'S PEPPERMINT DAZZLER 
2 c. crushed vanilla wafer crumbs
1/2 c. butter
3 eggs
2 qt. peppermint stick ice cream
1/4 c. melted butter
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
3 sq. melted chocolate
Chopped nuts

Mix together crushed vanilla wafer crumbs and melted butter. Place in bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan and put in refrigerator until hard. Cream the 1/2 cup butter, powdered sugar, add in the eggs and 3 squares of melted chocolate. Beat by hand. Let 2 quarts of ice cream get soft. Layer over the wafers. Place creamed chocolate over top. Spread with chopped nuts. Freeze overnight and slice frozen.
