PEACHY PEPPERMINT BAVARIAN 
1 (28 oz.) can sliced peaches
1 pkg. (tbsp.) unflavored gelatin
1/2 c. cold water
1/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. whipping cream, whipped
1/4 c. crushed peppermint stick candy
1/4 tsp. vanilla extract

Drain peaches, reserving 1 cup syrup. Soften gelatin in cold water. Heat syrup to boiling. Add to gelatin mixture. Stir until dissolved. Blend in sugar and lemon juice. Chill until slightly thickened. Beat until frothy.

Fold in whipped cream. Gently fold in peaches, candy and vanilla. Pour into lightly greased 1 1/2 quart mold. Chill until firm. Serve on platter garnished with additional fruit as dessert or salad. 8 servings.
