1 (4 oz.) pkg. chocolate pudding and pie filling mix (not instant)
1 pkg. Devils food cake mix
1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate pieces
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Grease and flour 13 x 9 pan. In large saucepan, cook pudding as directed on box. Blend cake mix (dry) into hot pudding. Blend thoroughly with mixer or by hand, 1-2 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Serve warm or cool topped with whipped cream.
